Nearly 60% of retailers are using mobile in some way, shape or form, with most using it for customer contact, delivery notification and special offers, as well as for marketing using text, finds the M-Retailing/Sponge survey conducted online over the past month. UK consumers most confident online shoppers in Europe
A fifth of UK consumers have no qualms buying online, making the British the least concerned about internet purchases in Europe. Research affiliate marketing company affilinet questioned 2,000 consumers across the UK, Spain, Germany, France and Holland.
